Business Records

Many small businesses have corporate record books or minute books in which they store their Articles of Incorporation, stock certificates and minutes from important business meetings. These books are important to maintain for any number of reasons, some of which include the fact that they are required by law and banks tend to want good records if they are going to loan money out.

While you do not need to upload your record book into The DocSafe, components of it, such as your stock certificate, may be worth holding. That way, should something happen to your business records, the most critical information will be backed-up online for easy restoration.
